Orange Medical Surgical Association has been providing medical care in Orange for over 30 years.

Our practice dates back to mid- 1950’s with Dr. Allen and Dr. James. Dr. Rutledge joined Dr. Allen in 1982, when the practice included delivering babies and performing surgeries through 2002. Since that time, the practice has become more office-based with an emphasis on prevention and availability for urgent situations. Dr. Palombo joined in 2015, and continues OMSA’s commitment to Family Medicine care.
